How to get there

From Dumfries take the A75 towards Stranraer. Either turn off the A75 at Crocketford taking the A712 via Corsock to Ken Bridge (New Galloway) or continue to Castle Douglas turning right and northwards from the bypass on to the A713, signposted for Ayr, past Loch Ken to Ken Bridge.

From Glasgow take the A77 to Ayr and then take the A713 to Ken Bridge via Patna and Dalmellington.

The course is sign posted from the A713. Turn westwards at the Ken Bridge Hotel over the bridge and follow the main road around some corners, pass the bank and go southwards down the narrow main street A762 to the clubhouse, which is the last building on the right with the car park in front.

From Newton Stewart take the A712 Queen's Way through the Galloway Forest Park to New Galloway and turn right at the junction near the bank and Public Park.

From Laurieston take the A762 northwards where the clubhouse will be the first building on the left on entering the Royal Burgh of New Galloway.
